NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT HEARING
A public comment hearing in the above-entitled matter is scheduled for Wednesday, December 3 2025, at 6:00 p.m., via virtual platform, concerning Wicomico Rayne Solar, LLC’s application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity to construct a 5.0 MW solar photovoltaic generating facility in Wicomico County, Maryland.
The hearing will begin with a presentation by the Applicant, followed by brief statements by the Department of Natural Resources, Power Plant Research Program and the Staff of the Public Service Commission of Maryland (“Staff”) as to their respective roles in the case.

If a member of the public does not wish to speak, the public hearing may be viewed only on the Public Utility Law Judge Division’s YouTube Channel.
